Your STEM project can be just the start! It can be your key to STEM opportunities in your community, nationally, or even globally.

Whether your STEM project is for school or just for fun, you could enter your project in a regional STEM fair. Find your local fair here. Each fair runs a bit differently so contact them or talk with your teacher about how to get involved. Some regional fairs require projects to be selected at a school fair.

 

 

 

 

Winners at regional STEM fairs move on to the Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF), which takes place in a different city across Canada each year. The event brings together 400 of Canada’s top young scientists to share their projects, compete for over $1 million in scholarships and prizes, and make friends from across the country who are also passionate about STEM!

 

Some of the winners at CWSF are selected to represent Canada at international STEM project competitions and events as part of Team Canada.
